Hazardous Building Materials
Many common building components contain hazardous and/or regulated chemicals and materials that require proper management and disposal.
For your next renovation or demolition project, let the Verdantas Team deliver inspection for hazardous materials and develop abatement designs and management plans to allow for their appropriate handling and/or eventual disposal.
Organic Air Emissions
Air quality regulations are complex and unique to each region and country.
Our team performs air quality services for clients ranging from large oil and gas producing facilities to small manufacturing facilities, incorporating all aspects of facility permitting, regulatory compliance and enforcement support related to the state and federal regulations and requirements.
Universal Waste
There are a lot of everyday materials and goods that can’t be tossed in the garbage and must be handled appropriately. From used light bulbs to half-finished cans of air freshener. These materials are called universal waste, The Universal Waste Law has made it illegal for residents or small businesses to dispose of anything that falls within its remit into the trash.
Let our team of trained scientists, engineers, and technical experts solution your universal waste challenges.
Contingency Planning
Under RCRA 40 CFR Owners/operators of hazardous waste facilities must maintain and operate their facilities in a manner that minimizes the possibility of a fire, explosion, or any other unplanned release of hazardous waste or hazardous waste constituents to air, soil, or surface water that could threaten human health or the environment. Facility managers must also create written contingency plans to minimize the hazards to human health or the environment from any such incident or release.
The team at Verdantas has years of experience creating site specific contingency plans to meet our client’s needs.
