Craig Kasper, Executive Vice President and Jennifer Carter-Cornell, Senior Consultant-Funding Specialist at Verdantas will be teaming up with William Robertson, Mayor of Rittman, Ohio in a panel session on State and Local Government Programs and Partnerships as they tell of the Creative Reuse of a Closed Paperboard Facility to Optimize a Small Community’s Job Creation & Passive Recreation Needs. This success story involves the City of Rittman's creation of new industrial property and a nature preserve on the 300-acre former Caraustar-Rittman Paperboard facility that closed in 2006.
