Deepening Verdantas’ Focus in a Critical Area for Client Success, Dan Gessler Will Bring His 30 Years of Physical and Numeric Modeling Experience to Lead Verdantas Hydrology, Hydraulics, and Fluids Practice Group.
Dublin, Ohio, March 21, 2023—Verdantas has named Dan Gessler, PE, PhD, D.WRE Practice Leader of the Hydrology, Hydraulics, and Fluids (HHF) Group. Dan brings over 30 years of technical leadership experience and oversight for the successful completion of physical and numeric model studies. He has extensive client project experience using computational fluid dynamics and physical models to investigate a wide range of hydraulics and river mechanics challenges, including complex sedimentation studies and spillway studies. Previously, Dan Gessler served as the Vice President/Civil Engineering, Hydraulics, Fluid Mechanics at Alden Research Laboratory, a Verdantas Company.
