Mr. Whallon has over forty years of diverse experience including positions in the law, consulting, contracting, and as an environmental regulator. His legal experience includes performing in-house counsel, and also representing private clients in disputes arising under environmental statutes, property transfer matters, risk evaluation and management. His environmental experience includes management of multi-disciplinary redevelopment and cleanup projects and programs, site assessments and characterization, remedial design, permitting, environmental compliance and audits, and emergency response. His environmental management experience includes positions as a practice group manager in an environmental consulting firm, a department manager for a national environmental contractor, program management for multi-project clients and as project manager.
