Craig joined Verdantas (formerly Hull and Associates) in 1989 and more recently has been leading all aspects of the company’s strategic business development initiatives and leads our Real Estate Market Sector. He is directly involved with managing all high-profile client relationships throughout the country. Craig is a nationally recognized expert for his creative strategies and leadership in redevelopment of surplus properties.  In his role as a practitioner, he has provided leadership on the development of many large-scale real estate and energy projects throughout the U.S. 

Craig has also driven corporate charitable contributions with our Giving Forward initiatives. The most visible of these activities is an annual golf event that has provided over $500,000 in direct funds to Recreation Unlimited and Nationwide Children’s Hospital charities since 2000.  He also donates his time to several non-profit and charitable boards.

Craig holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Ohio Northern University, where he played varsity soccer and was a member of the Tau Beta Pi engineering honorary.  He has lectured at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design and Business School, the Ohio State Legislature, numerous industry conferences and educational institutions on numerous subjects including redevelopment and sustainability issues.

Craig is an avid bicyclist, golfer, and overall health advocate.  He spent over 20 years coaching a variety of youth sports.  He and his wife Julie enjoy their time in Ohio and southwest Florida boating and fishing with their 3 children and friends.
