Lucy's journey is a standout example. She joined Verdantas in January 2023 through the acquisition of Borton-Lawson, where she led the Marketing team. After the acquisition, Lucy stepped into a national role, leading pursuits across Verdantas. As Verdantas broadened its impact in technology and digital transformation, a new opportunity emerged.  

Driven by a growing interest in tech and a talent for aligning business needs with digital solutions, Lucy embraced the chance to pivot—transitioning into a leadership role as Business Systems Analyst Manager within our Enterprise Business Transformation Office (EBTO).

In her new role, Lucy has: 

• Led Copilot training to improve AI adoption 
• Developed and delivered training for Microsoft agents as well as Verdantas customized agents, including the Technical Resources Agent for scalable collaboration 
• Enhanced proposal and reporting processes leveraging AI technology for better engagement
