California High-Speed Rail is one of the largest infrastructure programs in the United States, designed to connect the state's major population centers while reducing congestion and providing a lower-emission transportation alternative. Since 2017, Verdantas (formerly Colibri) has supported the California High-Speed Rail Authority on the Merced-to-Bakersfield segments, helping maintain compliance with complex federal, state, and local environmental permits and agreements throughout project construction.
