Featured Project: ARDEC Well and Pump Refurbishment     

Our team was contracted to prepare refurbishment construction documents for eight (8) wells at the Agricultural Research, Development and Education Center (ARDEC). Work efforts included: 

• Review of all water rights documentation related to each well. 
• Existing condition documentation of water rights, well depth, available and required flow
• Well pump demolition  
• Defining camera video approach and evaluation 
• Defining refurbishment of mechanical treatment, chemical treatment or full well replacement depending on the video findings. 
• Preparing bid tabulation sheets so that CSU knew the potential cost of each alternative for each well. 

We provided construction period services including operational testing observation.
