Verdantas partnered on the renovation of two historic buildings at Dartmouth College, delivering comprehensive surveying and civil engineering expertise. Our team prepared the Town of Hanover Site Plan Review application and provided detailed civil engineering design to support the project’s success. Key improvements included new utility service connections for communications, electrical, water, and wastewater systems, as well as enhanced sidewalks, ADA-compliant access, and upgraded drainage solutions.

Collaboration was central to this effort. Verdantas worked closely with multiple construction managers and consulting teams to ensure seamless integration with adjacent projects. Completed in 2021, Verdantas also provided contract administration services as part of the design team, reinforcing our commitment to quality and precision throughout every phase of the project.
